Adam L. Cohen
Adam L. Cohen, MD MPH, is a pediatrician and medical epidemiologist with the Bacterial Respiratory Diseases Branch at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his medical degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia, and completed his Residency and Fellowship in Pediatrics at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. He currently works with the Hib Initiative to evaluate and help with the introduction of Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib) vaccine worldwide. His previous research interests and publications are in the fields of pediatric drug and patient safety and antimicrobial resistance.
